As soon as Winter 2016 hit us hard here in SF, I knew that I would need more support. I was already drinking heaps and heaps of chicken bone broth daily, as was my family, but I felt a yearning for an immunity support of protection that is more on a cellular level, sort of invisible, but not exactly metaphysical.
My earache was with me for 3 days, I felt it was increasing in its throbbing, and luckily I had the OnGuard blend at home. What I did next was nothing short of miraculous. I applied the OnGuard topically neat. I know, I know, you are supposed to dilute with a carrier oil. I enjoyed the burning hot sensation it gave me. In my mind I was driving away the pain. I swabbed a bit inside my ear. I put one drop, just one drop in my water 3x a day. The next 3 days passed, and I was using this method, as you are supposed to do with essential oils. The trick to using the oil is to apply sparingly and frequently. I set my cell phone alarm to alert me every 2 hours and I continued to apply the OnGuard blend it 5x a day to my ear, throat, and glands. I applied it neat always. I enjoyed the sensation. What can I say? I may have avoided an ear infection and antibiotics, and now I will never know. My ear pain went away and did not return! What a relief! I am a true believer. We all have a choice. We can turn immediately to conventional Western Medicine, or we can try a more holistic approach first, knowing full well that the conventional route will always be available to us if necessary. Now we have a choice.
