Essential Daily Wellness Habits

START OFF STRONG WITH NEW LEVELS OF ENERGY AND HEALTH.
When it comes to healthy living, there are typically three mindsets.
#1, the words “healthy living” have you going through the list of your healthy habits in your mind, knowing already what you are doing right on the path of wellness.
#2, you might feel like you’re trying, but are still somewhat overwhelmed and need some direction or time to truly make it there.
#3, you haven’t yet thought about healthy habits, and if you need to make any changes.

Regardless of where you are at, there are ways for all three groups to improve and step it up. When you think of healthy habits, leveraging the benefits of essential oils and dōTERRA supplements is a big step toward empowering yourself to be better. When we know better, we do better.

At the dōTERRA You Convention in 2017, Dr. Hill discussed his personal essential oil routine. The healthy habits include a variety of products that Dr. Hill recommends using daily to promote overall health and wellness. For your Daily Health Habits, you follow his protocol, and make changes as best fits your lifestyle and health needs.

To participate, you will need the following products: ✔ Lifelong Vitality ✔ TerraZyme ✔ PB Assist+ ✔ Deep Blue Rub (can sub with Deep Blue Oil) ✔ Balance Blend ✔ A Citrus oil (Recommended: Grapefruit, Lemon, Tangerine) ✔ Frankincense ✔ Lavender (or Serenity Blend) ✔ On Guard

Whether you already have all the products at home, or you ordered the kit, you should be ready to start once you decide to take your health to the next level.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

Morning:

  • Apply 1–2 drops of Balance to the bottom of your feet when you wake up.
  • Apply 1 drop of Frankincense under your tongue.
  • With breakfast, take one Terrazyme®, one PB Assist®, and dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality 

Afternoon:

  • Use a citrus oil in your water throughout the day. Dr. Hill suggests Lemon, Tangerine, or Grapefruit.
  • With lunch, take one Terrazyme.
  • Appply Deep Blue® Rub after strenous activity in the afternoon (or when needed). 

Evening:

  • Diffuse dōTERRA On Guard®, add one drop under your tongue, or take a dōTERRA On Guard® Softgel.
  • With dinner, take one Terrazyme and dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality  

Bedtime:

  • Diffuse your favorite oil for relaxation or apply to the bottom of your feet. I suggest Lavender or dōTERRA Serenity®.

Now that the routine is laid out, it is time to take into consideration your own needs. You will notice that dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality is on the schedule two different times. This does not mean that you have to take Lifelong Vitality two times a day. Rather, you pick the meals you will take it with, and what dose you are going to take. For example, you take half of LLV in the morning, and the other half and night.
